As always, we want to make sure our customers are happy and get the product they're expecting, so here at Spears Music we always make sure to take detailed photographs of our used guitars and write item-specific product descriptions in the listing.
These photos and descriptions will help to ensure you have all the information about what condition the guitar is in, and to make you aware of any cosmetic or functional issues it may have, or any original parts that may no longer be with the item (such as tremolo arms, original cases, etc.). Please note that issues detailed in photographs or descriptions at time of sale are not considered faults for the purposes of returns.

This guarantee is backed by Spears Music, not by the manufacturer. Second hand products are not typically covered by a manufacturer's warranty, as this is a contract between the manufacturer and original buyer and is not transferable except at the manufacturer's discretion.
